Ancient Anasazi people inhabited the Colorado Plateau for hundreds of years, then mysteriously disappeared about 800-1000 years ago.

Many of their dwellings and granary's withstood the test of time and today are still as they were centuries ago. Unfortunately, in the 1800's some of these amazing relics were discovered and artifacts were removed. In that process there was little respect for the structures themselves and as a result damage was done to many of these unique structures.
